To me, this piece works because it breaks the rules just enough. The malachite dial isn’t something Rolex could standardize—every piece of stone cuts differently, so the striping is completely unique. It gives a small 26mm watch real presence without needing diamonds or anything loud.

The yellow gold case and bracelet have super warm tones while the dial keeps it from feeling traditional. It’s that balance that makes it interesting.
